We bought a house with Dacor appliances and tried to get a simple replacement griddle. They sent (and charged us) for two that were not the right size and do not fit our range.

They refused to accept them as returns because they have a "strict 30 day return policy". My wife got them before Christmas and had them under the tree as a gift but 30 days expired as we did not try them out straight away and now we have two $500 paper weights. It is a shame because we are happy to swap them for the right sized griddle but they say no.

We have to keep both of these and then buy another. We also asked why they sent two when we ordered 1 and they claim the order was processed twice so we ordered two of them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Return the incorrct parts and get the correct one.

I didn't like: Unwilling to help us get the correct replacement parts, Inflexible.
