I have a Dacor refrigerator less than a year old in which the ice maker and circuit board went out on the end of August. Fast forward to today, September 13th and my appliance is still not fixed and was given an ETA for a circuit board to their location of October 5th.
Asked to speak with management who is NEVER available to take a call and passes off to non decision makers. I AM THE CUSTOMER!! I will tell you this, I will never purchase any other appliances from Dacor and will ensure that others do not as well.
Further, I'm contacting the company that installed this appliance to inform this of this company and their lack of customer support with their products. If I were you, I would consider purchasing from a different company.
